E: did 40 minutes on elliptical

    Snack: Blueberry greek yogurt
    Lunch: pork soup with cheese
    Snack: shaekology
    Supper: Baked talapia over spinach with mashed cauliflower
    Workout is Insanity Cardio circuit :)

    I had a pretty "on" weekend, felt really good!
