Save The Dates, Hmmm.

So I just recently started to work on the design for our STD's. We won't be sending them out for a few more months but it did get me thinking. (We are doing magnetic ones, and will be putting them into Christmas cards when mailing them out) I got to thinking since I'm inviting about 10 co-workers, give or take along with their dates. Would it be rude to just pass out the Christmas card at work with the STD's in it? Or should I still mail them to their homes. I was thinking about passing them out just to save a little extra money on stamps and what not.

(My mom's best friend for her wedding last year mailed out all the christmas cards with her STD's including to the co-workers house)

    Would co-workers you're not inviting be offended if you passed these out at work?  I'd send them, you can't be saving a significant amount of money by not.

    Ya know, now that I think about it that probably would be an issue, I might have a couple that would maybe. Thanks for the help! I probably will end up mailing them all out anyways .

    I wouldn't send save the dates to co-workers unless you're close friends outside of work. A lot of things could change before invitations go out, but once you've sent a STD, they must be sent invitations no matter what.

    Things wouldn't change between the ones I'm close with at work. They are more like a family to me. I apologize for writing the wrong impression about them. Thanks! :
