menu on wedding website?

I was thinking of putting the reception menu on my wedding website, but I am not sure if it's a good idea.  I thought people might like to know what they're eating, but I also don't want to invite special requests if people don't like the menu :) What do you think?

I say put it there if you want.  If people are going to make special requests, they'll do it anyway when they send in the RSVP card since they'll see then roughly what you're having.

I put my menu on my website. I printed the menu cards myself, and for some reason the toner didn't bond well to the paper I used. I didn't realize it until I had an invitation returned in the mail, and when I opened it up, the menu card was all smudged and looked pretty bad. So I put the menu up in case people couldn't read their menu card.

As far as special requests, people tend to make special requests if they're vegetarian and you didn't offer that as a choice, or if they have allergies, they would want to let you know. Other than that, people understand that the menu is what it is and they can eat the meal or not. Besides, if you're serving something they don't like, there's usually enough other food between the multiple courses, bread, and sides that they can fill themselves up.
