My school was cancelled today due to fog. Now we have to go on Monday. Today would be a GREAT day to get our marriage license, but NOOOO fiance' waited to look for his birth certificate, can't find it and had to mail off for a new one. And I have to go into school anyway today to use my paper cutter to cut the programs. I'm dragging him with me. At least I still get a 3 day weekend!

@bethmerchant - wow that is annoying. Must be different in other states but we didn't need birth certificates to get our license.

I have two online tests and a homework due for my classes and I CAN'T find the motivation to do any of it. That and I got hammered last night, had terrible sleep and my FI left for his bachelor weekend today. As happy as I am for him, I wish he was here to make me feel better. Selfish- party of me.

FI is driving me crazy because he hasn't called his friend who RSVP'd for 3 people when we only invited her and her FI. I've been asking him for weeks!!

And the applicaiton just came back in themail today because he forgot to include the check. Hopefully we can get this IN PERSON today & our license!

FI gives me a hard time about doing anything wedding related. He does not seem to understand that every day this stuff is still on the to-do list, it stresses me out. He'll have a five minute conversation, but then you can tell he's done. So what should take us an hour to hash out, takes days. UGH.

FH really doesn't care about the details... last night I just wanted to finalize our song selections for the DJ, but he gets sidetracked looking up non-related stuff on YouTube and what should have taken 30 minutes took 3 hours... all because he's just so indifferent on it. And the whole time he's going "why are you so stressed about this?"... maybe because I've spent hours upon hours narrowing the infinite number of possibilities down to just a few choices and all I want is for you to have a damn opinion so I'm not doing this alone!

Same problem here! When we went to do music choices, I had You Tube up so that we could listen to the songs... what does he do? Starts looking up all these other random songs that are not in any way related to wedding choices! And when I start asking him detail questions (like, how are you getting to the venue, are you guys getting ready at home, or meeting there, etc) you can just see his eyes glaze over. Sorry buddy, but we only have 3 weeks left to get all this stuff sorted out and I will NOT be doing it the day before the wedding!!!

I'm annoyed that my mother co-signed on ANOTHER car for my older sister. The last one she did that with got repo'ed. My mom has given my sister every car she has ever had and never gave me one. So far every one she has been given has been: stolen (And shipped to mexico according to police), traded in, repo'd, stolen again (by a girl she let live with her), broken down and left to tow, and now the last one she gave her was so broken it would cost more to fix than it was worth (mom paid cash for this car), so mom decided to co-sign on her new one. Now, she's going to the wedding and my mom is paying for her and her kids hotel room and probably other stuff too. I wish she wasn't going.

I am so beyond PISSED with FI's best man. I was basically told on Tuesday that he couldnt plan out FI's bachelor party for Saturday. He desrves this, so I planned it all down in one day. And now he is complaining about costs and that he doesnt have money, um hello - you pay less in rent than I pay in my mortgage and I make half of what you do. I'm so infuriated. It's gotten to the point where I just want to punch him in the face. How hard is it to plan a night to go drinking with your best friend. OMG. It's ridiculous, I asked him about it last month and he did nothing for an entire month about it, so it falls onto me because apparently he just doesnt care. I could scream. I am tired of having to plan out everything, sick and freaking tired.

I flame the school that I'm teaching at. It's a long story and I'll post more about it later when I feel like venting, but to sum it up...

- I have a new administration, both of which suck at life.
- One of my team members, who I love dearly couldn't take it anymore and announced that today was her last day.
- Another one of our team members is an interim sub. Her last day is next Friday, so we'll be down 2 fourth grade teachers. We still don't know the fate of those classes. Who is teaching L's class on Monday? NO clue.
- I'm only allowed 5 personal/sick days TOTAL. I'll be at 6 after all the days I'm taking off for the wedding. This will not work with me being preggo next year.
- There aren't ANY expectations, professional development opportunities, or support.
- It's a freaking shiit show. No joke.
