When to have spring wedding in ATL

Hi ladies! My fiance and I want to have our wedding next spring, and we will be having the ceremony in a public park, and our reception in an inside venue.  We haven't yet chosen the official date; I'd like some input from any of you ladies that have experience going to or having a spring wedding in Atlanta. March, April, or May?  While I have alternate plans just in case, chance of rain, horriible pollen, and heat are my  concerns.  Thoughts? Thanks!

    Hmm, I think my allergies from the pollen are worse in April and May, if I remember correctly. But March you might hit some cooler temps (though it was a very mild winter this past year). 

    For weather I'd check the farmer's almanac online and just get an idea of rain fall in each month over the past several years (that's actually how I picked my date). Good Luck!

    I had mine in Late March. The weather was just getting warm, but it was still cool.  Perfect weather I thought so I would suggest late march early april.
