  Mexico has some beautiful all inclusive resorts that if you stay there for 7 nights, you get the wedding ceremony for free.
  
  The honeymoon board will be able to help too.
  
  
  Edit:  Oops, I just saw that you said US.   I've seen some gorgeous weddings on Catalina Island.  St. Thomas maybe?
  
  Like Mariah said, it depends on what you would consider affordable.

  We had considered getting married on a beach in California, possibly Ocean Beach near San Francisco, or Laguna Beach.

  My former SIL got married in Galveston and it actually turned out exceptionally nice.  She was originally going to get married on the beach there but due to inclement weather (namely insane winds) had to change her plans day-of.

  We took great photos at the wedding gazebo and they had the ceremony on a grassy hill overlooking the water.  Two thumbs up all around, especially with how accomodating they were for a last-minute bride.

  Mariah, I just got around to reading this and I LOL'd. I have so much trouble getting on here because of this exact thing. That and the "brides" that I'm pretty sure are vendors.
