Wedding Cake...

Hi ladies...

So FI and I have been starting our wedding cake earch. However, we are not sure what the average price of a wedding cake costs. We are on a pretty tight budget but also want good quality. We are planning on a white buttercream cake. Any ideas on what the average cost will be? Also bakery recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Talk to Laurie at A Piece of Cake. Her buttercream frosting is made out of real butter, not shortening. I think her prices are very reasonable and she does beautiful work.

I am using Publiz for our grooms Cake at the rehearsal dinner and Using Olympia Catering/ Bakery for our wedding cake.

Both have been VERY good and VERY Reasonable. ( Our Wedding Cake is inculded with our Catering package but their normal 1/2 sheet cake is less than publix)

Laurie with a piece of cake will work within your budget. We had our wedding in Orlando, and she was much cheaper (even with delivery) than the places in Orlando.
