Beach and Relaxtion!!

Since we got engaged 15 months ago we have planned on going to an All Inclusive in Jamaica, well the money just isn't there and that will not be happening.

We are trying to find somewhere to go in the US we may fly or drive not sure yet. We thought alot about Denver and have found alot we would like to do there but, my thing is, i don't want to "do alot" on my honeymoon, on top of wedding planning I've been working 2 jobs for 2+ years and I'm ready for a vacation!!

I dont need suggestions on places to stay because we both work for hotels so we wil basically get our rooms for free but i need to know where to go.

What time of year are you going?  If it's summer, you could come up to Cape Cod/Boston.
  • The Florida Keys are all about being laid back and relaxing.  I'd recommend Islamorada or Marathon rather than Key West!
Whoever said it was supposed to be happily ever after is a big fat liar.
  • Pull out a map of the US and it's safe to say you can find many beautiful beaches all along the coast.  Cape Cod, Virginia Beach, Outer Banks, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Miami, Florida Keys, South Padre Island, Santa Barbara.......

  • airfare to somewhere in the us and somewhere in the caribbean can be similar. why only in the US? if you ork for hotels what's available for you where-here and caribbean?

  • id consider the keys, but we will most likely drive, and we plan on driving between 2 days to get where we are going becasue we wont hit the road until late afternoon the day after the wedding, but we would really like to make it home in one day and the keys are 1,600 miles and thats alot for one day. do able but alot

Without a doubt.  I may be a tad biased though ;)
