About 6 months before I actually got engaged, I started hula hooping with an adult sized hoop for fun. Turns out it can work off about 400-600 calories an hour if you really get into it.
Just a tip for anyone who wants to try and get into shape before their weddings. I've been doing it daily for about an hour each day as I watch episodes of "Say Yes to the Dress" for motivation, and it's starting to work! It can also be very fun.
