my holiday party was there , i didnt go but the people at my job said it was small, and the food wasnt good. ive stayed at the hotel and i liked it but i never had their food before.
I considered them for our reception venue. If you're looking for something very modern and techy, then definitely check them out. It was very nice, but it didnt have the elegance that I was looking for.

I thought it was way overpriced for what it was. You have to bring in their caterer and they do no food prep on site. I fell in love with the ambiance of the place, but for what you get, it wasn't worth the price (upwards of $130pp). There was also no great spot to have the ceremony, so if you're looking for all-in-one, it may not be the best place.
Also, i thought the beds were uncomfortable. But I'm a bit of a bed snob
We checked them out shortly after they opened. Communication was bad, but that can happen when new locations first open. It is a very pretty venue -- might be a bit small if you're going to have a larger crowd. I found them to be very overpriced.
Another food for thought: they've been open for a little over a year... how many weddings have they had in that year? Not too many so they will still be new with the whole wedding thing which may cause some frustrations and bumps in the road.
I am blocking my hotel rooms there, they were good to deal with and communication was great but you are right they only work 9-5 Monday thru Friday. I am going Monday to sign my room block contract and to check the place out in person. I have not heard any wedding info about them. If I have any other feedback from my visit I will post if for you. Good Luck on your search!
I just went there today to check them out for a room black. I met with Danette and she told me that Chenoa works Tues-Sat. I also checked out the Westin and Wyndham and I'm leaning to Aloft so I hope that there won't be any problems with communication, etc.
i just booked my wedding there for January 2012...Talk to Chenoa if she's not there leave a message she'll get back toy you asap..If your looking for a very modern, funky venue then this place is for you
We are booked there for August 4, 2012. Chenoa has always gotten back to us quickly and she has been great to work with so far. I love this place, and the ambiance is like nothing else around there.

I did notice that they are a bit unflexable with trying to meet them, literally the sales team is there 9-5...
