It depends on the flowers you want, how many you need and what season it is. If you want peonies in November you won't have much luck. You can cut your budget if you take into account whats in season and local to you.

Depends on what types of flowers you want, the size of the arrangements, and the quantities you're planning on having.

    I spent about $700:

Bridal bouquet (roses, lisanthius, freesia and orchids)
Two BM bouquets and a small "toss" bouquet (gerbera daisies)
Groom's boutonniere, plus a spare (rose)
    Two groomsmen boutonnieres (gerbera daisies)
    Four corsages/boutonnieres for parents (orchids)
    Four corsages/boutonnieres for readers (carnations)
20 low centerpieces, including price of vases (hydrangea, gerberas and wax flowers)

We didn't get church flowers because our church still had Easter flowers on the altar.

This was from AW Flowers in Kearny. I highly recommend them.

We're spending more then I wish to on flowers much to my dismay...as others have said it depends on what you want.  Our attendees flowers aren't a lot, but the centerpieces we want are on the higher end and we have 26 tables to plan for.

We are having a wedding of 250 and we liked large, high centerpieces so for 25 centerpieces, my bouquet, 9 boutineers, 8 BM bouquets, mothers coursages, and church flowers it comes to a little under 3000

I am spending 2150 including tax for:
    1 bride bouqet
    1 bouquet to toss
    5 bridesmaid bouquet
    4 coursages

    9 boutineers for men
15 high centerpieces for reception room including votives, petals, crystals, and led lights
    6 pew bows
    2 arrangements for church
petals and votives for placecard and sweetheart table as well as cake table

This may increase if more people RSVP yes than planned (more centerpieces) and I will prob get my flower girl a bouqet ($30) since the church doenst let her throw flowers.

I went to 5 florist and was quoted between $2150-$4k for this or less. Def shop around- we are using AW flowers. I found his prices as well as Santos to be the best.

I'm spending $1600 on Flowers and am getting:
    1 bridal bouquet
    3 BM bouquets,
    1 pomander for Jr. BM,
2 small bouquets for MOB and MOG
4 corsages for steps and grandmas
    7 boutennieres
2 high alter pieces to use again in the reception
8 high centerpieces, 8 low centerpiece including vases with apples

I was quoted just under my budget $1600 from AW Flowers including tax and delivery, however Manny at Santos quoted $3600 for only 16 low centerpieces. I was very unhappy with Santos because he was late for our appointment, did not really ask what I wanted, and took a funeral order when he was supposedly "crunching numbers". Then he returned with a quote over 2 times what other florists quoted me. I highly recommend Adam from AW Flowers. We get to see models of every arrangement first, too!
