I finished assembling my centerpieces!
This is what I started with:
I found them online, and I managed to find a site that didn't charge an arm and a leg for shipping! So I went to Michaels, got a bunch of fake vines, and now these are my centerpieces:
We tested out the real tea lights here in this picture, but in the interest of being on the safe side, we're going to buy electric tea lights instead. Plus, the electric ones fit better in the holders anyway.
I'm really pleased with how these came out! I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to do the table markers...either I will attach it to the tallest twig, or I will get some long stick of some form and put it in the center and have it so that the marker will stand up taller than the tallest twig. I'll update when I have that all figured out.
Also, here is are some pics of the gifts I gave the people that were involved with my shower (I know this wasn't necessary, but I was so blown away I wanted to do a little something.)
I gave each person one body scrub and one little loofa:

There was a total of 7 of them, but this when I decided to take the picture. These were inspired by an idea that someone on another board suggested, along with the following: I included a little note (in addition to the thank you card) that said something like "Here is a little something to make your next shower as nice as you made mine."
