Harrisburg ceremony Venue

Me and my fiance's guests for our wedding ballooned from an expected 80-100 people to an expected 120-140.  The ceremoiny space was a tight space for 100 people.  Now... ick.

We are looking for an indoor/outdoor space that is nice on the budget, beautiful, and maybe a little uncommon.

We prefer something that has a place both inside and outside, in case of weather.  Our wedding is October 2.  The Capitol Rotunda is out because it is apparently rented.  Peter Allen House, and The Milestone Inn are too expensive.

We are getting married at Fort Hunter Park. They have a spot outdoors that has a great few of the Susquehanna River. There is an indoor area in one of the barns although its not the prettiest, kind of dark with pillars and old pictures that can't be removed. So we're hoping for nice weather :) Goodluck!

Someone suggested Zembo Shrine to me.  I haven't had a chance to check it out so I have no clue if it's expensive or what's going on there, but I know I hear it's pretty cool on the inside and they do both ceremonies and receptions

The Civil War Museum is beautiful, you could have your ceremony outside with the tree covered mountains behind  you or the city!  It's especially ebautiful the first week of October.
