  • I've been avoiding posting this one like the plague!
    Seems that no matter what I do, I can't seem to stay on track. When I'm feeling better and like I'm making progress, the scale tells me otherwise.

    I'm right there with you. I struggle with my weight and it's really frustrating.  As I've gotten older it seems like nothing works, even keeping to a low calorie diet and regular exercise.  I've even had my thyroid checked, and it's normal.  I can't figure out why I can't get any weight off, and keep gaining.
    Right now I am trying Slim Quick to see if maybe it gives my metabolism a boost.  I also rejoined Weight Watchers online, but I have found that it's not as user friendly as MyFitnessPal.com so I've been neglecting that lately.
    My FI mentioned something about Dr Oz and kinds of foods to both eat and avoid if you have the weight issues I seem to be having.  I'm going to be looking into that this week.
