For the most part, it sounds yummy.  Is pork loin your only entree choice?  That's my only concern - even if you offer a meat-free option to vegetarians (hopefully you are!), there are a lot of people who don't eat pork.  If you only have one meat choice, I'd personally choose something a little more versatile.

I agree with expanding the entree choices too, unless the butternut squash is the other choice.

Ditto Ssaltz. If the butternut squash is a separate entree, then I think it all sounds delicious.

I am generally not a picky eater, but I don't like pork and I would be bummed if squash were the only alternative.  I love squash, but squash does not a dinner make.

I would definitely add the chicken.

I beg to differ! It looks like they're getting roast squash with toppings/sauce. It sounds really nice.

I love the cocktail hour offerings.

I would add the chicken and have 3 meal choices.  Lots of people don't like squash, and some can't eat pork for religious reasons.  The 3 choices should cover most everyone.

(I'm assuming the entrees come with a starch and veggie, right?  It's not just a pork chop slapped on top of the salad?  The salad is the first course, right?  Sometimes the sides are just as important as the main dish.)
