Got my hair dyed, it's a little dark but it's the Zooey Deschanel-Look I was going for, and it makes me look more like how my mom/grandma looked on their wedding days!

Met with the DOCs, and things are looking good. I think the wedding is staying pretty darn close to my original "vision!"

Working on:
Staying healthy and sane, and enjoying the week!

Partial Check:

Looked at a new venue in my hometown. There are a lot of things I love about the place, and only a couple I dislike. Will wait to see if I can find the "perfect" venue....

Need help with:

Flowers. I won't have real flowers, but will a mix of paper flowers and faux flowers look like a terrible mash of tackiness? Should I just pick one and stick with it? I loooove paper flowers, but I'm not sure I want a paper bouquet or bouts.

Worrying me:
My officiant still hasn't been available to meet with my FI and I. I would like to meet with him, as I know we have a couple of pre-marital counseling sessions we have to fit in before he'll marry us. I'm giving him until the 6 month mark, and then I'm going to try to find a new officiant. Here's to hoping that doesn't have to happen, as our current one is a family friend who is doing it for FREE... : /

Checks: had a wedding free weekend for the most part. Just hung out, worked in the yard and spent time together.

Working on: finalizing musicians rehearsal and music, figuring out chair dilemma, finding necklace I want for wedding, and ordering clothes for the honeymoon.

Need help with: getting FI to get me the last couple addresses for his family! LOL
