There are tons of options. Check out Davidsbridal.com, invitationsbydawn.com. Also there are tons of people on Etsy.com who do wedding invitations. You can also post on your local board and ask if there is anyone in your area who does invitations.
There are lots of options out there. Simple invitations can be done very inexpensively. There are a ton of etsy sellers who can design and/or print lovely things. You can have them printed inexpensively at your local Staples, or print them yourself at home. You can even get kits at Michaels to do them yourself.
I would recommend the freelance designer I worked with - Jen Crawford - metzcrawford@hotmail.com. She is great, reasonably priced and gets great reviews on the knot! HTH
It's a place on etsy where you can put what you would like to have done, quantity, looks, etc and have Etsy Sellers bid on your job. I used it for my invitation design and got a great deal. You will be suprised at the number of replies that you get. Hope this helps : )
I found my invitation on there---and they were $3.50 each, which included all envelopes, response cards, and invitation. Those invitations would run you under $400 including shipping. It can be done easily.
I used a freelance graphic artist to do my STD's, Sam Posnick. samposnick.com is her site, or she has a portfolio on istockphoto.com. She's awesome, and pretty reasonable for the design qualities. She puts together PDF files that you can then have printed at any printshop like Kinko's.
I'm using Stefanie (junemoonink.com and junemoonkink@gmail.com)-her prices are great for assembly, printing, etc. She also lets you research and purchase all of the paper products and she'll do the printing/cutting/assembling at a very good rate.
Re: I need a person to do my wedding invitations
100 invitations for under $500 is totally doable.
