Gifts for readers?

We have two readers for our ceremony. One is my 11 year old nephew. The other is FI's aunt. I've already decided on getting the Avengers for my nephew. 9 hour car ride home after the wedding means he'll be very happy to have a new DVD.

But I"m stumped on the aunt. I want it to be nice. She's early fifities, not married, likes to travel. And will need to fly home. I also only want to spend between $15-$30.

Thoughts?

    I would get her something that travels well in a suitcase, so a scarf or, depending on where she lives a nice winter set, gloves, hat and scarf. Or you could do something with traveling, a book or audio book, crossword book, or if she had a nook, kindle or ipad a gift certificate for program or book.

    I asked my mother about this (who thinks she is Emily Post). She said that reading & participation at the wedding is considered an honor (ok?) so we shouldn't have to get them anything... I don't know about that. I am broke - but should I get a bottle of wine or something.

    I would definitely NOT get her anything with LIQUID if she is flying home.  If she is doing carry-on than she will have to spend the extra money to check her bag, which may end up costing more than the gift itself.  I like the idea of a scarf or maybe some nice earrings. 

    My mom has this cool gadget that weighs luggage that comes in really handy for long trips when you are trying to not go over the luggage weight maximum.  That might be a fun gift for a traveler.  There are also nice eye masks and pillows to make travel more comfortable.  There is also that book 10,000 Places to See Before You Die that is always fun for travelers.

    I am planning on getting our readers a gift card to a nice restaurant...a little impersonal, but it's all I can do at this point!
