I just realized with the new knot, my old bio went away!!  I worked really hard on that!  Is there any way to get our old bios back on the new knot?  Thanks!

    Yes =)  When you click on your bio, near the top you should see something that says My Old Bio, and it should still be in tact there.  However, I don't know if there is anyway to set that as your default bio with the new set up.
