Apps are not settled but out of our short list of 16 (to be cut down) there are 2 vegetarian and 2 vegan options plus two more of each that we could have the meat/dairy omitted easily on a few so they can enjoy. And 6 are gluten free items.
The Dinner I think we have a good handle on but what do you think of the entree?
The 1st course is easily adapted to vegan, vegetarian & Gluten free
There will be a 2nd soup option that is vegan/vegitarian
The salad is good, no changes needed
Roasted Portabello mushroom cap with a quinoa stuffing in place of the meat entree for vegans and Vegetarians and use the quinoa as the starch side for the gluten free meal
Dessert has me stumped. We're doing a dessert buffet with the cake, mini Italian pastries & dessert shooters
Vegetarians are fine.
Half of the dessert shooters are gluten free
I wasgoing to get gluten free and vegan cupcakes for them but for the vegans would it be inconsiderate to not have any other options?
