NWR - Car accident!

UGH!  You know how I always complain about traffic?  Well, I guess it was my turn to get into an accident this morning on the way to work.  Fender bender, I am fine, other person is fine.  But way to start a day!  Plus, even though this is minor - I do not need anymore stress right now 37 days before the wedding! 

I am releived though, that it was only a minor accident.  And I was thinking of getting a new car.  I am glad this accident was in my current car instead of a brand new one!

The car I hit and I did pull off the road to assess the damage instead of just blocking the roads so other people can't get by.  Your welcome Phoenix! LOL

What a damn day already!

    Eek, sorry to hear about that. Glad you and the other driver are okay and that there was little damage. The first car accident I ever got into was last year. Guy rammed into me and took off after I did the right thing and pulled off to the side of the road. Then not even a week after I got a new bumper someone in the plaza I worked at backed into my car! He payed for all the damages thankfully. And then about 6 months later I backed into an illegally parked car in a parking lot. I'm afraid if I get my bumper fixed again it will attract another accident!

    Oh I forgot to say adawn- I backed into a wall today. Woops. I park in this little lot downtown, and whenever the guy who owns it tries to help me, I park horribly (I back into the spot). So today I actually hit the wall, thankfully my car was fine. But I finally told him, when you help me I suck at parking, so stop- I don't need your assistance! lol

    Glad you are OK and I'm sorry you had such a rotten start to your day!

    FI was in a car accident at work on Friday while making a delivery and ended up in the ER with a concussion.  He still can't move his right eye side to side or up and down - but for some reason, I'm the only one concerned about that.  *sigh*  I feel ya on the stress.  Hopefully you have a GREAT rest of the week to make up for today!

    ChiGirl - I am so sorry to hear that!  Glad he is ok, but hope he recovers fully ASAP!

    Eeek sorry that is too bad!  Glad you are alright.

    My sister's husband got rear-ended the week of their wedding, he was okay they were just thankful they had taken all of the homemade wine out of the trunk before it happened.  His car was a write off and he bought a new car two days before the wedding.

    Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear but I'm glad it was minor and you're ok. Honestly, not worrying about this ish is one of my favorite things about living in NYC. I don't want to live in the city forever, but for the time being, I love just taking the subway. I got in a bad accident when I lived in LA and I've been slightly squeamish about it ever since.

    That is not a fun way to start the day especially so close to the wedding! At least everybody is all right and now you have an excuse to get a new car! =)

    Ugh, I am so sorry girl I got into a bad car accident about a year and a half ago and it was SO stressful! I am glad that you and everyone else is okay :)
