I need advice. A good friend of mine is getting married this weekend, but the wedding out of town and for many reasons, I can't go. I wanted to send along a card and gift, but she's not registered anywhere. When she and her fiance came to our AHR last month they gave us a check as a gift, is it weird if I give them a check back for a gift? And do I have to write it for at least the same amount, or would it look cheap to write it for less? I have no clue what to do, and would love some advice!
