Have any of you ladies been stationed there?  Any recommendations on nice areas to live in?  Apartment or townhome recommendations?  Anything you could offer would be much appreciated!  Thank you!

    You should check over on Military Nesties on the The Nest.  You'll probably get a better response there because there is more traffic and it's more likely you will find someone that lived there.

    Recommend East and West El Paso, stay out of Northeast and Southside.  Apartments in the Eastside are cheaper then the West.  You could probably rent a home for the same price as an apartment.  Cost of living is low, it's a party town and I'm sure you'll enjoy Fort Bliss.
