I got my dress at David's Bridal, and have been hearing some pretty bad things about their alterations in general (not sure about the particular store - they've been pretty good to me so far). I also heard they charge more than what an independent seamstress would cost.
Has anyone found someone they would recommend in the Seattle/Redmond area? Or perhaps another bridal salon? I don't need something super budget, just don't want to get ripped off, and most importantly, I want the dress to look great! I've heard from other brides with the same dress that alterations are pretty complicated on the one I chose.
