Healthy recipes/weight loss

Hey ladies!
I need some healthy recipes or some easy ways to drop a few pounds and shape up!  I work 2 jobs and go to school so there's really not much time for full on exercising for me.  I just want to drop about 7-10 pounds that i've gained over the last year.  I feel like I've tried to eat healthy, but maybe I just don't know the secret, so send me your healthy eating recipes, tone-up exercises or any secrets you have!
TIA

It's obviously working for ya.  But isn't everything pretty much processed?  The chicken you get from the store, the bread, etc?  I'm not very savvy on this stuff!

Last time I checked I had lost 12 lbs. The only thing I did was eat less, but not change the things I eat. So if I feel like having a burger, I'll have, but I won't finish it off, etc. I also gave up soda. I used to drink soda almost everyday, and I let it go... the lbs started dropping off. I know you said you don't have time, but the gym is a huge help for me. About an hour and a half a day really helps.

It's hard finding time for the gym, especially on days like today when I work from 8-5 then 6-9... after that I'm beat! lol

I switched from regular soda to diet.  Hoping that helps

I have gained a TON of weight since I got with FI (him too) so its back to healthy eating for me...yea now might be too late to lose it all but some will help lol..heres what i do:

only WATER...No sodas not even diet...they slow down weight loss alot.. juice has a lot of calories too..if I do want soemthing else I will drink 4oz of 100% juice at breakfast no more..

like Beth said no process foods..this is hard cause i love bread...so if i must again at breakfast...

and i try to get all my staches in for breakfast and lunch...for dinner only veggies and protein :)

of course no late night snacks either ..

Go vegan! you can lose so much weight very quickly by cutting out dairy and cheese and meat that has so much fat and hormones in it.  I know vegan is drastic but cutting back on those things will 100% help. My mom was frustrated with weight and I stayed at her place and cooked vegan meals for a week and she dropped 6 pounds, in 5 days.
I also dropped 4 pounds in the week before Halloween by mostly stopping carbs a 2 and cutting out midnight snacks (I love my 10pm french fries), and a few days beforehand I took the anti bloat pills you take for your period haha.  probably wouldnt recommend taking those long term but for a few days I think it def helped with the look of bloat even though I didnt have my period.
All the meals I cooked my mom were from Alicia Silverstones cookbook and blog so check it out and maybe some of her things will sound yummy? Thekindlife.com.
    Hope that helps :)

I totally feel you, up until a few months ago I was working full-time and going to school full-time, so going to the gym wasn't something I could do on a regular basis.  I did the following, and I always found it helped.

    1. Water...TONS of it.  If you're more of a soda person than water, swap the regular for diet, and follow every glass of soda with a glass of water.

    2.  I didn't have time to pack lunch or dinner all the time, and there were a few weeks where I lived through the drive through, but I tried to be smart about it.  Pollo Tropical instead of McD's, etc.  If I did have to grab something from McD's, Wendy's, etc., I grabbed a kids meal or just the sandwich and water, no fries.

    3.  Stairs...all the time.  No elevator

    4.  I always kept 100 calorie snack packs in my purse so I had something smart to munch on if I was hungry.

Counting down until our 4th of July arrival! BabyFetus Ticker BabyFruit Ticker
