Hi Guys! I'm relatively new to The Knot...getting married August 24th of this year! Looking for some friends that want to hold eachother accountable for living a healthier lifestle and losing some weight. In the last 9 months I've gained about 30lbs (thank you, Depo shot!) and I am working right now to lose that 30lbs before the wedding. I started "clean eating" January 1st, which has mainly been no sugar, limiting carbs, and upping protein intake and I have also been working out 6 days a week since then. I weighed in last Thursday and I was down 8lbs!

Excited to weigh in again tomorrow and see if I've made any progress!
