Venue with in/outdoor in the city <$3500?

hello ladies! Does anyone know of a venue that has an outdoor area for the ceremony plus indoor for reception within the city that can accommodate 140 people for under $3500? A long shot, but thought I'd ask!

    I just checked out The Volcano Room at Bottom Lounge.  Natalie is super knowledgable and should be able to help!  Space is definitely your space the night of your event - and there are so many possibilities.  Good luck!

    I'm not sure about 140 people...and they might not all have outdoor areas, but here are some spots that I found

    A New Leaf (they are pretty booked up for next summer already)
