I choose my dress because it did a nice job emphasizing my small waist (and distracting from my very flat chest). Now, 16 days before my wedding the bridal shop is saying that it's impossible to alter the dress so it's as tight at my waist as it was when I was trying on dresses (and the girl at the shop was pinching the back to make it fit).
Without this change, the dress makes me look straight up and down, like I'm built like a little boy. It makes me feel awkward and self concious and that's not how I want to feel on my wedding day.
The shop refuses to alter the dress the way I'd like because they say it will change the style. I really don't care about changing the style for the sake of showing nice curves.
So, does anyone know of any very talented seamstresses who can work fast?
