DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR LIMOS!!! I would highly suggest buying a wedding gown from them though- as that part of the building is amazing. HOWEVER, They are EXTREMELY unprofessional-- They forgot one of our limos, and then, when we called after the limo was 20 minutes late, that limo conveniently had "a flat tire", meanwhile no one EVER called us to inform us of this. So some of our wedding party didn't have a ride! The air conditioning was AWFUL (nothing like having a sweat soaked wedding party), We were LATe to our own wedding reception, because the drivers were not properly prepared. There wasn't any champagne in our limo like we were promised. The owner STILL has not made right by us- you would think that if things went THIS wrong that you would give the money back-- but he is insisting that we sign a contract saying that no one invited to the wedding will ever give his company bad reviews before he gives us our money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, you wiill regret it!
