A PP got me thinking about tipping and our photographer -- she's my boss. I really don't want to give her a tip b/c that's just way too formal for our relationship and it just seems weird to tip the boss. However, I would like to get her something small as a "thank you" (she saved the day, we fired our old photog and she took us on).
Any ideas? I don't have much of a budget left, so I'm thinking something small. She's a mother of a 5 yr old and owns her own business (if that helps)...
