I gals!
Sorry I couldn't think of a more concise way to phrase this...
The banquet rooms at the hotel where most of our guests are staying were all booked up for a day after brunch. We decided to have a dessert gathering the night before the wedding instead. The hotel has free breakfast included for anyone who is stayinhg there. They said that if we wanted to have anyone who didn't stay at that hotel come to breakfast Sunday morning, they could provide us with vouchers and we could pay for them separately.
We like the idea of everyone having a last chance to be together and say goodbye on Sunday, but we don't want to mislead people about what kind of breakfast it is- we'll still be in the main area where all hotel guests are- it's not private or a special menu, but we'll be in one place.
Any suggestions on how to word this on the inviation insert? Or should we not say anyting in the invitation set and include something in the hospitality bags?
Thank you!
