    It's a book.  A short book, but a book.

    My Dad bought it for me when I got fired a year out of college.  It's inspiring, for sure.

    When my dad graduated got his masters, the school gave all the graduates a copy of this book.  I've read and I love it!!

    You are right it is a book! It had just been sent out as a PDF to my department at work., I had heard audio of the story being told a while ago...but it had been a while.
