Since it hasn't been started and I like hearing how everyone is doing.

Tomorrow is my final dress fitting! It was supposed to be on Saturday but she asked if I could come in a day early. This also means I get to take a day off work so I can drive to Phoenix, YAY! She is even going to pack the dress and veil into my carry on suitcase. When we get into Monroe I found a bridal store who will press (or whatever it is they do to wedding dresses) my dress.

I have every vendor scheduled to meet with now when we get into Michigan as well as a day for the marriage license. Programs should be ready for printing, i'm just waiting for the latest proof to arrive in the mail. Once I receive it and approve it they can be printed and assembled.

Can't believe we are almost a month away!! Still waiting on several RSVP's so that is frustrating but I don't mind being on the phone

mlynn--you are getting so close!

I am currently 44 days out, which is also close!
I just got my e-vite for my bachlorette party--I'm really excited about it. It's going to be up at my cottage which is on an island (no cars or stores) and it's going to be a lot of my aunts/cousins/friends. It will be a day full of swimming and drinking and fun!

I feel like this board has been very inactive lately. It does not make passing time at work go very fast :-(

I have nothing to AW. But I am jealous of everyone who is on a 1-2 month countdown to their day!

Acaponi, is it on Mackinaw Island by any chance? Either way, sounds like so much fun!! I miss swimming, not much water here in the desert and where there is there is ALOT of people.

I am not usually able to get on during the day because of my students but I have a meeting this morning so I don't have to report until 9am. It's kind of fun not to be at work right now.

It is not..it's in the St. Clair River. I looove swimming! Other than our families, FI and my #1 reason for wanting to get back to MI is that we miss the water :( Ohio has crap for bodies of water.

Boring day, boring week!

I was hoping to AW that we booked our honeymoon, because on Monday flights dropped from $1200 to $945, but when I got home on Monday to book them, it was back up! So bummed...so now I'm stalking Kayak hourly hoping to see a price drop lol

And yes, this board is very inactive and it makes my day go by so slowly!

Acaponi, I did not realize there was an island on the St. Clair river. I miss swimming too

We are planning on moving at some point in the next couple of years but probably not back to Michigan. We are debating Wyoming, Maine, or Montana. But would like a place on a lake with some acreage and woods.

I finished my final exam, one class is officially done!!! One more to finish up this weekend. Only 4 more assignments in that class!! I unfortunately now have to go to a crappy meeting that I am not looking forward at all. This is a student I will be getting next year and they want to dump him now so I have to make the case why it is highly inappropriate with 18 days of school left, 3 of which I will not be there for.

my AW is that I leave for Colorado on Monday for work. Our team made our hiring goals so we all get to go relax at a dude ranch for 4 days. I don't really know any of my coworkers super well so it will be nice to have 4 days of non work stuff to chat about.

Plus, our GM bought us all real cowboy boots for the ocassion... yeehaw!

I have nothing to AW either. We have our e-pics scheduled for the first week of September, my photographer is booked until July, and we had no desire to do them out in the heat lol. So jealous of you ladies getting so close, but time is just flying, cant believe my ticker will start moving in about 6 weeks..when I started out at a year and 10 months.

mlynn- hey now we have 90s weather today! It is currently 91 out

but that is just a tease, it will go back down later in the week!

This month is so busy! With about 5 months left I am really feeling the crunch to get my ducks in a row. I have 3 appointments with vendors this month! I also work over 50 hours a week so juggling things between vendors and my FI schedule has been rough. Been having trouble sleeping too, but I think it is due to a lot being on my mind. Just staying happy and positive and moving forward
