Proofing help please! (PIP)

Hi all!  We are getting ready to order our invites and since we made them from scratch I spent a lot of time looking them and could appreciate some extra eyes since it all starts to blend together.  Thanks in advance :)

This is the invite, will be matted on grey with a letter E in the large circle

    Wow, Kelly! Those are so cute! I am very impressed. What did you use to make them?

    Here is my input on the proofing:

    Invite, itself: I would change "post meridian" to "in the afternoon" so that it reads "at two o'clock in the afternoon." Sadly, it actually took me a sec to remember what post meridian was, and IMHO it looks a little out of place.

    Reception card, front: I would suggest capitalizing additional to read, "Additional details on reverse."

    Reception card, back: I would add is and a colon to the last line to read, "More information is available at:"

    Hopefully some others will chime in, those are just my thoughts!

    Thanks! I did a mock up in ppt but since ppt is blurry when you upload to VP I had FI recreate it in Illustrator. If we printed ourself ppt would have been fine. I hate post meridian, but FI added it in and whined really bad when I took it out so I caved. But I appreciate that you pointed it out cause he specifically asked me to let him know what advice we got so this is good support for me :

    SUPER cute invites. I love the yellow. 

    Invite: very minor but you don't need a capital on "two thousand and twelve" since it's really just part of the "sentence" and I second putting "in the afternoon". I really don't like "post meridian". Tell FI he might confuse your guests lol.

    Reception: Second on the capatilizing "Additional details..."

    Map: Capitalize "More information available at:"

    RSVP: looks good!

    Agree with the PP.  The post meridian jumped out at me too.  The "in the afternoon" is more clear and "softer" if that makes sense.  Agree with the other changes in capitalization or not.  They look great!

    I agree about the post meridian.  Maybe, if you were doing a very formal, black tie event.... where that language would seem more fitting.  But, your invitations seem more fun and casual (and SUPER cute, by tye way), "post meridian" just looks out of place.

    I'm not a huge fan of the language you use for your RSVP, but that's just personal preference. I much prefer the traditional "accepts with pleasure" and "declines with regrets".   The language you use feels a little too "cutesy" to me.   Again, that is just my personal preference... nothing necessarily wrong with what you are using.
