Wedding Reception Food Question...

Hi Ladies,
I need some help with my menu.
We're doing stations. Is anyone else doing that? I was wondering how many stations you really needed? Also how many different hors d'oeuvres do you think you need at the cocktail party?

    I'm doing stations :)

    We have four stations for dinner:  sushi, pasta, a cuban station, and a grill station

    we're doing 6 passed hors d'oeurves and one stationary

    Also doing stations.

    I think we will have a risotto station, an antipasto/mozzarella station, and a mashed potato bar.  Plus a small buffet of other dishes.

    Seated Saled
    -Taste of Paris Station - Hanger Steak, Pommes Frites and Baguettes
    -Taste of Spain Station - Garbanzo Fritos, Tortilla Espanolla, Stuffed Eggplant, Pollo Ajillo
    -Mashed Potato Bar & Tamal en Casula

    wow, i seriously just forgot the other station...... ahhhhhhh.

    Cuba station:

    ropa vieja
    Cuban style pulled pork with a guava glaze
    black beans and white rice
    rum butter plantains with caramelized brown sugar
    the 1905 salad (from The Colombia Restaurant in Tampa/St. Augustine)
    Cuban Bread

    grill station:
    Mojo marinated skirt steak
    grilled chicken breast adorned with caramelized onions and sundried tomatoes
    roasted grape tomatoes with fresh rosemary and sage
    grilled mediterranea vegetables with black pepper & extra virgin olive oil
    herb rubbed roasted baby red potatoes
