Honeymoon Dilema

My aunt is letting us use her time share for our honeymoon and we can pick anywhere we want, as long as that place has something available.  Well, we have tried St. Marteen, Caymen Islands, Key West and nothing was available for the dates we wanted in August 2012.  There is an option available in Aruba, but the resort is not on the beach:( 

I just feel like I envision waking up and looking out at the white sand beach and the water!     

I am so torn, do I go with this or do we try and use the time share for our 1 year anniversary in hopes that there is something available on the beach and with our first choice of St. Marteen?

    Have you thought about postponing the honeymoon to a different part of the year? I've heard some pros and cons about that from coworkers of mine. It's something my fiance and I are considering for when we get to that stage of planning. Maybe do a mini-moon the weekend of your wedding? St Marteen sound amazing, so I hope it works with whatever you decide!

    I agree with the PP. Just have your honeymoon later! We're doing that as well - we're getting married late July and the thought of going someplace on a beach that late in the season makes my skin melt! We're planning on getting away next winter sometime, where the warm weather will be a welcomed break! (though not if we have a winter like this again!)
