  You could block rooms for your OOT guests at a hotel close by and utilize their parking for at least some of your guests.

  I had a good friend who had her wedding there.  It was amazing actually.  The food is really good and the view is perfect.  The parking wasn't really an issue.  We just parked in the lot right next to the brewery and it was like 10 bucks.  I didn't mind and no one else I talked to had an issue with it either.  She did think about that aspect of choosing them but in the end the place was too amazing to pass up.

  my cousin had her reception there. i was nice and nothing was too close together. The food was good as well. Parking was too big of an issue as i can remember, i don't remember anyone complaining. We couldn't go out on the balcony b/c it was so cold and then it started to rain, but the veiw was really pretty.

  My fiance and I checked out the Riverview Room when we were looking for reception places.  It was really nice, and the staff seemed great.  Packages are nice too, and they seemed really willing to you with you to make sure everything is what you and your FH want.  Also, the view--no lie, it's amazing, but I live on the river.  Sometimes during the winter, it gets very foggy.  Careful if you're having a winter wedding.
  
  Cons - You enter through the mall part of Jax Brewery, which might kind of ruin some of the ambiance.  And we felt uncomfortable making our wedding guests pay so much to park for the reception.  Wound up booking Magnolia Plantation (amazing!  and great prices) in Metairie.
