Spring Preserves

Hi Everyone,

I have my reception all booked.  It is going to be May '13 at the MGM Grand in the sky lofts.  We still need a place to have the actual ceremony.  Has anyone gotten married at the Spring Preserves?  This is one of the places that has caught my interest.

Re: Spring Preserves

  • there might be review of it on vegasgroom.com might want to check there :) HTH
  • OP we will be in Vegas the same week! Our wedding is may 16 :)
  • I was orignally looking as Spring Preserve for my wedding and I think I recall reading somewhere that they no longer do ceremonies only.  I'm not sure if that's still true, but you might want to check that out.  It looks beautiful there, though in the end I decided I didn't want to venture off strip since it just made transportation and other logistics more difficult for me.
  • I'm getting married there.  I was told that the Springs Preserve themselves will not do ceremony only.  But you can book through an outside company like 702 Weddings and they have ceremony only packages.  I think there are other companies, but that's the only one I know of for sure.

  • Thank you so much everyone.  Very helpful.  I am having such a hard time finding a nice place to have a ceremony.  Either places wont let you have a cermony only or they make you buy these really expensive packages and wont let you use outside photography. Also, a lot of the chapels I saw were kinda cheesy and depressing .. made me feel like i was going to a funeral.

I am in a similar boat myself. I just wanted to let you know that I've been emailing a sales manager from culinary arts catering (the people who cater for springs preserve) and she said they do in fact book ceremonies only, but it is done through the springs preserve itself (though they send you first and foremost to the catering folks when you go through their rfp online). Just fyi! :)
