Wedding Venue- Heritage Golf Club

I am at the beginning stages of planning my wedding. I am looking for a reception venue (and possible outdoor ceremony location). I looked at Heritage Golf Club and it seems beautiful! The Sales Director is very nice and helpful. I have heard amazing things about their food. Does anyone have any knowlegde about Heritage that you can share? I would love to book with Heritage but would love some feedback first.

    I am having my ceremony at the Browning Amphitheater on Ohio State's South Oval, with the reception following at the Faculty Club on the Main Oval. :)

    I am also a Browning Bride, though my reception is at The Ohio Union on campus.

    I haven't really heard anything about Heritage Golf Club.  You should do a search on this board for some reviews.

    My wedding's at Heritage on July 2 and I've been planning all the way from Washington state.  Jody, the sales and catering director, is the BEST person that I've worked with during this whole process.  She's very understanding of my situation and her communication is great.  Anytime I email her with a question she usually gets back to me immediately and is always very pleasant.  
    I had my food tasting in November and it was amazing!  We decided on the filet mignon (which was cooked perfectly) and the chicken piccata.  The golf course is so beautiful and I felt like we were getting the best bang for our buck.  They didn't have any minimums when I booked, so that's something new this year, but you have the whole clubhouse for your event all day, which was a big seller for us.  I don't think you can go wrong with this venue.  Good luck!
