Wedding in 3 weeks--lacking motivation

I've been working 12 hour days, everyday for three weeks and finally had a day off today. I went in for my dress fitting and my dress looked great but my upper body--chest and arms lacked any definition and I have a fat pouch near my arm pit/chest area (where most women get that extra bit of fat). Anyways, I only have three weeks until the wedding and am exhausted. I want to workout, but when I get to the gym I only have 'ok' workouts because I'm so tired. I'm getting lines (like I've never had!) under my eyes too :( I have a lot of last minute things to do for the wedding and honeymoon but feel like I shouldn't be making excuses.

I have always loved going to the gym but am lacking the motivation to really give it my all. My fiance loves pizza and pasta and its getting easier to give into the temptations nowadays.

I don't want to look back at my pics and be disappointed! Just looking for a good word or some advice on how to get my upper body (and face) to look its best.

  • Preperation H works for the little baggies under the eyes, and as for being exhausted after work and working out, its possible. Try weights to help improve the definition in your arms and chest flys too!
  • You also need to be careful.  I lost too much weight in the last couple weeks before my wedding (not purposely), and my dress didn't fit right.  I'm super bummed by it in a lot of my pictures, because I can tell.

  • There are also a lot of different pre-workout supplements you can get at GNC or any vitamin shop that are specifically for giving you energy to workout. I was working until 11pm every night for a year so waking up in the morning to workout was not exactly what I wanted to be doing, but I drank some of this stuff called N.O. xplode and I was flying around the gym and did not crash afterwards! It tastes terrible and if you drink it and don't work out though you feel like total crap, but if you use it how you are supposed to it works amazing!
