  I'm so sorry for getting back to you late. I still haven't heard back from my friend but she works at Sanctuary Salon and Spa. They are based in Frederick, MD.

  renissance is in frederick, you could see if they will do it at your location. i know they do bridal package so they might do it on location for an extra fee
