Hi everyone!
I've been lurking here for months, getting ideas and doing lots of searching..now that can all come into use.
FI and I have been looking at rings and talking about marriage for months so I knew he'd be asking soon..I just didnt know when. We just got back from a cruise last week and had the best time! Long story short we both had this past Monday off (a vacation from our vacation) to do laundry and develop the 200 and some pictures we took. I wanted to go see the Christmas light display and since we both have never seen it I thought it'd be a quick drive and then back home. Long story short we ended up walking over to this treehouse that was just built overlooking the river (it was dark and I kept saying we couldn't see it anyway). We stopped to read some of the interesting (and quite comical) engravings..as I was getting ready to head back (I was a frozen popsicle by now) he hugged me and whispered in my ear if I could do things like this with him for the rest of my life. He let go, got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. I squealed so loud the family coming down the pathway heard..so I asked them to take a picture of the moment.
I couldn't be happier beggining the rest of our lives together
