FI's grandfather passed away yesterday. We're off to Pittsburgh tomorrow for his funeral on Saturday...two days before I leave to go to Florida, 1 week before our wedding. Can't you believe this? All the wedding prep and poof, not important anymore. It all seems like nonsense right now. Pray for us to get through this week. Such a crappy thing to happy to my fam right before the wedding.

That's tough any time, but especially when you have all of this excitement surrounding a huge life event. It certainly puts things in perspective. I'm sorry for you and your new family's loss. I pray that you all are comforted by God's love.
