    I don't have any friends or family in Japan, but this is a horrible tragedy.  I can't even imagine going about normal life and then all of the sudden everything is different.  My thoughts and prayers go out to anyone affected by this....

    everyone i know is safe... but with all that nuclear stuff going on, I am really worried. My older brother lives and works in Japan as a scout for an American MLB team but was thankfully in the US for spring training. I am worried though because he returns to Japan next week, and with all the radiation that might be going into the air... ahh! It just makes me worried.

    What is crazy is that he used to live in Koriyama (in Fukushima prefecture)! I am so glad he doesn't live there anymore (he used to teach english there). Whew. But their country is going to take a long time to recover :(
