Just a quick update for those of you who have been praying for my dear friend and her daughter.
She has been put on dialysis as they are afraid of her kidneys failing. She has a pretty bad infection to her kidneys. Since the last surgery there have been no further bowel obstructions discovered and therefore no further surgeries. She is VERY slowly coming to as they ween her off the meds, they don't want to do it too fast for health reasons. Drs are saying that she may wake up today or tomorrow. She is still not out of the woods, but this is MUCH better than she was last weekend when this all started and we were told she had a 5% chance of survival!
Thank you very much for everyone who has been praying, and please continue to pray for her recovery, and for comfort for her daughter as she deals with all of this.
