so mad about RSVP's

I am so mad that I didn't just do the mailing RSVP's.  Theknot's website is doing so horrible I could scream right now!!!  First I got an email saying there was an RSVP but it only showed an email address & there were no RSVP's showing on the actual site!  Then it's only RSVPing 1/2 the party.  I entered me & FI on guest list to see how & it will not let me RSVP just one so how this is happening I have no clue!!!  AND people are some how adding people into the RSVP which I also have no clue how they're doing this!!  I'm so mad right now at how horrible their site is for RSVP's.  If you are planning to use this don't do it!!!  I can't find a way to contact anyone on here to get assistance & maybe get it fixed, but I did find them on FB so hopefully they will respond to me & help fix these issues.

On a GOOD note... I'm getting RSVP's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Oh no!  I'm so sorry to hear.  I definitely wouldn't have trusted this website....they can't even keep our daily conversations on here!  Good luck!  I hope it improves, otherwise, maybe you can send out a Vistaprint postcard saying to respond via phone or email???

    Good idea I'll definately keep VistaPrint on standby!  I got a FB message back & they gave me an email address that supposibly will help me with the website issues.  So fingers crossed!!

    I just got an email today about 50% off wedding stuff....$12.50 for 100 postcards (supposed to be STD, but you could change the text)

    I would go with the Vistaprint postcards.  The RSVP online through the website is terrible.  I sent out RSVP cards and a couple of folks have tried to use our website but I asked them to please send the card back (it has a stamp!).  I am about to go and disengage the RSVP online feature.  Good luck!

    Yea, I would also go for the paper RSVPs. The Knot is notorious for losing information or screwing things up. They always say to back up anything you use this site for.

    Ok so they told me that if everything is not entered exactly the way I have it on my guest list (capitalization & all) that it will let people RSVP even if they aren't on my guest list!!  So if I have Robert Smith & he puts in his name Bob Smith it won't link him to my guest list BUT it's still going to let him RSVP or if it's Robert Smithe on my list & they type Robert Smith.  I'm still at a loss on the one that is just an Email address though.

    I wouldn't trust online RSVP's.  If it's in the budget, send some cards out.  There's still time.  Good luck either way though, I'm sorry it's not working for you.
