  Charlotte Vose (sp?).  Also, Piper Glen Salon does hair (about $60 - $75) and I've heard you can call any MAC comestic (the ones in the department stores) to book a bridal appointment.

  I think you mean Courtney Vose in Charlotte.  She is an awesome makeup artist. Courtney did makeup for my friend's wedding that I was in so I got a "test drive" before I booked her for my wedding.
