Stylist on/near the Plaza

Hello Knotties,

I have my hair/makeup lady for the wedding (CaraSue Hall - thank you for all the recommendations!), now I am looking for a stylist fof my FMIL.  She is staying at and getting ready at the Marriott Country Club Plaza and just wants someone to style her SHORT hair, she is not looking for an updo.  She would prefer to go somehwere on/near the plaza, as she is not from the area and will not know her way around. 

Any suggestions?

    I just did this search for my FMIL who also has short hair!  From what I understand, there aren't a lot on the Plaza.  I had several people recommend the Beauty Brands there, for styling.  That is where I will be telling FMIL to go.

    Thanks mrsbaker -- that is what I was going to do if I didn't get any other suggestions - on a positive note, my sister does hair at the bb in Overland Park - so I am going to have her refer a good stylist at the Plaza bb...let me know if you'd like me to pass along the name she gives me :)

    I go to Brian at The Salon.  It's right off the plaza on Main.  I would highly recommend him!!  Let me know if you have any questions...

    There are also a lot of small salons in westport which would be close enough that the hotel most likely provides a shuttle service for free
