How much does it usually cost to get married in Catholic Church?

    You would have to contact the church.  At my home church they ask that you make a donation to the church in place of a fee but I don't think that's the case at every church or maybe it's because I'm a member.

    I think it depends on the church. I called mine and they said it's $700 plus $200 deposit.

    At my church it is 1400 for non parishioners and 700 for parishioners.

    Mine is 1500 because it is a university church.

    The ones I looked at in Santa Monica/West LA are around $2000, including:

    1) Church donation
    2) Officiant donation
    3) One organist
    4) One vocatlist
    5) Coordination fee
    6) Two mass servers

    Mine is $500 for parish members, $700 for non-parish. But then they require you to pay for the event coordinator ($200) and Organist/ music director ($150)-even if you're providing your own musicians.

    Still, ends up to be $850-1050 which isn't bad!

    the costs for us at our church are:

    1. Church donation - $500
    2. Wedding coordinator - $125 or $150(depends on the # in your wedding party)
    3. Cantor and Musician - $125 each
    4. Altar Servers (2) - $10 each
    Total =$795
