On March 10, Carolee and Bloomingdales will host an all-day event for brides in the first floor meeting space at the Bloomingdales 59th Street store. Brides will receive a 45-minute personal consultation on bridal jewelry from  Carolee, hair from Bumble and Bumble and makeup from Bobbi Brown, as well meeting with an expert from The Registry. In the evening from 6-8, Rebecca Dolgin, Executive  Editor of The Knot, will be there, giving expert advice on wedding planning.  Please call 212-705-2918 to schedule an appointment.

    Knot Annie:  South Jersey is near Philadelphia, not NYC.

    Jody, I'm sure she is fully aware of this. It's not that far, you can take an express train from Hamilton and be there in 45 minutes.

    I would like to go there! But I have plans that day!  But yes I am sure she knows where South Jersey is. But I am suprised she has not posted this on the Philly Board too.

    Sierra:  some of us live 1 1/2 hours away from Hamilton in the first place, so I will stick with the South Jersey shows.  Did she post this on the New Jersey board?  That would have been the appropriate board.

    Ok to each there own, she didn't post this specifically for you. That's understandable that others are farther away but those that are in Burlington County or closer shouldn't be deprived of events either.

    Jodi - I don't get why this is such a big deal?  I am fine with a NYC event on a South Jersey Board.  I regularly travel up there.  It just doesn't seem like something worth bickering over, although I know your intentions are only to help.  I only really check the SJ Board, not the NJ Board, or Philly Board and if I wasnt getting married in 18 days (wow!), I'd be interested in traveling up there.  Just a thought to consider differing opinions.

    It wasn't my intention to start any bickering, Kim.  I just made a simple statment in case Knot Annie meant to post on the other board, and I get attacked for it.  That was all.
